The Butcher's Pie is looking for a full-time Front of House team member to join our team immediately.

Tuesday – Saturday

Hours

  • Tuesday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

  • Saturday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires someone with excellent customer service skills, a gregarious and outgoing personality, and a positive attitude. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is happy to get involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation.

Duties Include

  • Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

  • Communicating with the kitchen team to ensure the cabinet is well maintained and fully stocked.

  • Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.

  • General cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.

  • Assisting with kitchen duties and some food preparation.

  • Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives as required.

  • Being an enthusiastic all-round team player with an energetic and proactive approach.

Flexibility

Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to cover shifts at our Riverside Pie Shop when needed.
