The overall site footprint covers 48sqm of public & display floor area and 6sqm of refrigerated display with 21 leasable spaces overall. Additionally a dry goods storage area of 15sqm. Mobile display areas are positioned throughout the site for additional leasable space for existing tenants or temporary tenant display.
The primary focus of Riverside Collective is to showcase locally made food & ingredients & fresh produce.
The design provides optimal maximisation of space used for retail display. Dual access through the shopfront through two access paths, which draw from both the main customer flow areas of the overall farmers market, allowing fluid and unobstructed transition areas throughout the space and each area of display is visible at ever view point.
The design allows for a single staff member or the individual tenants to be present to sell & present product.
