Every June, Riverside Market turns up the heat with Fire & Spice — our annual winter celebration of fire, flavour, music, culture and entertainment.
What started as a celebration of cooking over fire has grown into one of Riverside's most exciting winter events, bringing together our traders, performers and community for a day packed with bold flavours, fiery experiences and plenty of fun.

At the heart of Fire & Spice is the food.
Each year, Riverside traders take their cooking outdoors, firing up grills, smokers and open flames to create special dishes for the event.
Visitors can enjoy a unique selection of flame-kissed, smoke-infused and spice-loaded food, with different Riverside eateries getting involved each year and creating something special for Fire & Spice.
