Fumi is the skilful coffee whiz behind a manual, custom-built espresso machine. He handles each customer’s cup with care using Lyttelton Coffee Company’s rich, chocolatey, fruity and well-aged house blend. It’s also worth mentioning that triple shots are the norm here – so be prepared to smash through your to-do list after visiting Espresso Studio. As well as topping up your KeepCup on the daily, Fumi also offers a small rotating selection of Lyttelton Coffee Company beans for you to take home.
