Riverside Live celebrates local artists and bands in one of Christchurch's most loved venues.

Set in the Riverside Cantina, our live music nights are intimate and atmospheric with access to the Riverside Cantina's extensive drink selection. You can also pre-order a platter of artisan cheese, salami and condiments from Charing Cross Cheesery.

Accessibility:

We have an elevator up to the first floor, however our Live Music Nights are located on the top mezzanine, which can only be accessed by stairs. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Tickets are $15 per person with limited availability.

About the band

The Fabulous Blue Beats, bring together a bunch of musicians from diverse musical experiences, to create psychedelic Indie, energised Electric Blues-Jazz.

From the lyrical and poetic drumming of Chris McEwin, to John Strongs solid blues interpretations, Steven Gill brings soaring jazz fusion guitar sound, weaving throughout the tunes and punctuated with the soulful pipes and enormous range of Stephanie McEwin's vocals.
