Riverside Live celebrates local artists and bands in one of Christchurch's most loved venues.

Set in the Riverside Cantina, our live music nights are intimate and atmospheric with access to the Riverside Cantina's extensive drink selection. You can also pre-order a platter of artisan cheese, salami and condiments from Charing Cross Cheesery.

Accessibility:

We have an elevator up to the first floor, however our Jazz Nights are located on the top mezzanine, which can only be accessed by stairs. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets, we apologise for any inconvenience.

About the band

The Jazzy Banditos are an exciting 5-piece Jazz Band covering a variety of styles within the jazz genre, including early and modern jazz, funk, jazz rock/pop, ballads. It features the combination of David Russell on trombone/vocals, Nathan Peters on keys, Tony Phillips on guitar, Matt Bell on bass, and the multi-talented Manu Francois on drums/vocals.
