Charing Cross Sheep Dairy Company is bringing its artisan sheep milk products right to the centre of Christchurch.
Check out the newest speciality cheese store in the city - Charing Cross Cheesery at Riverside. Sue and Guy Trafford are the couple behind the product and the cheesery - a boutique business based on ethical farming principles and producing artisan sheep milk products. Charing Cross Cheesery stocks the farm’s sheep milk, yoghurt, kefir and famous cheeses - as well as a delicious range of gelato.
For those after an A2 milk experience, pick up a bottle of the popular locally produced Roan A2 milk. You’ll also find a selection of top cheeses from producers like Barry’s Bay, Cranky Goat, Emilio, Karikaas and Whitestone.
