There’s nothing like sipping on a well-deserved refreshment, especially when that quencher has been brewed in your backyard.
Chris and Misty Ruske are the founders of Canterbury Brewers Collective, an organisation dedicated to showcasing independently-owned craft beers and ciders made right here in the 03. Since 2015, the collective has been providing the best beers in the business at farmers’ markets and private celebrations.
The Riverside bar will serve sixteen locally owned and brewed beers, from Three Boys Brewery to Two Thumb. Bring along your rigger for a refill or enjoy a cold one on site.
