Cluck Cluck Slurp, Roti Joe's and the Riverside Butchery are located at the famous Riverside Market in Christchurch's ever growing CBD.

Description:

• We have expanded and the market is getting busier each week. Cluck Cluck Slurp is a fast-paced market stall serving Japanese/ Chinese cuisine and offering rotisserie roasted chicken and pork belly dishes, the Butchery has a wide range of offerings like raw deli goods, premium cuts of meat, ready cooked meals to take home and we have an open kitchen serving breakfast dishes and lunch. Roti Joe's is our new venture offering Rotis, rice bowls and healthy salads. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef looking for their next step helping our brand to grow further.

• Kitchen experience is essential with a knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

• Willing to learn new skills, have attention to detail, be physically fit, and be able to work unsupervised.

• Maintaining food quality standards is vital and we pride ourselves on excellent health and safety.

• You will need to be willing and able to speak to our customers direct as we are a market stall environment.

• The position is full time with a 7 day operation and you must be able to work weekends and evenings.

• The position will allow you to cover shifts within all 3 shops.
