Brief description:
A system-driven kitchen leader ready to take full ownership of performance, people and product.

About the Role:
This is a true leadership role. You will take full responsibility for kitchen operations — food quality, costing, staffing, structure, service flow and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with ownership to build a strong, scalable kitchen that performs consistently at a high level.

You’ll be stepping into a kitchen with solid foundations already in place — your role is to elevate it further.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Deep understanding of food costing, GP and stock control

  • Calm, organised and systems-minded

  • High personal standards for quality, hygiene and execution
